• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugins
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use plugins in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Claim ownership or authorship of our plugins

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing plugin functionality
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Plugin incompatibility disclosed after purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Our plugins and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Plugins will be compatible with all server configurations
• All bugs or issues will be resolved
• The services will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Side Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Server crashes or data loss related to plugin use
